Plus studios are 33m² comes with a queen bed, a private ensuite, a fully equipped kitchenette and slightly more legroom. This studio option is ideal for those who want more choice. Opt for a queen or two separate beds and enjoy the little extras on this one.
Urban Terrace
Terrace studios are up to 35sqm, include the features of our ‘plus studio’s’ and a super-sized terrace/courtyard. There’s enough space for a 6-seater table and a lounge setting outside. With comfy queen sized bed/s, open plan living and an extended outside living space, the Urban Terrace is ideal for those looking to bring the outside in. Enjoy the privacy of your own ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.

You will fall in love with our rooftop courtyard and BBQ space where you can watch the sunset as often as you like. We also have a lovely veggie and herb garden for the green fingers of our property.
West Ryde offers a communal laundry, shared bike storage and a well-equipped communal kitchen. The kitchen is the heart and soul of our property with social cook-ups, fun hang-outs, wine nights and becomes a collaborative work space in other times. Free tea and coffee is on tap and you can look forward to our community dinners where you can meet other tenants and make new friends.
