Originally from France, Ophelie has been living in the Inner West for the past 3 years. She fell in love with its vibrant atmosphere – there is always something to do or discover, and lots of cafes or pubs to hang out at! Her favourites are: the famous Newtown Hotel, with its pool tables and terrace and the hidden bar Earlsjukejoint down King Street – their cocktails are a definite 10/10! With previous work experiences in property management, hospitality, and summer camp management, becoming a community manager felt like the next natural step in her professional journey.
“Being part of a community resonates with me as I grew up in a small village in the South of France, where people are helping each other. From a young age I also really enjoyed going on road trips to different parts of the world, which is where I got into the community vibe in backpacker accommodations and share houses. Curious by nature, I enjoy learning about others’ backgrounds and cultures. I’m happy to share tips, good times, and (French) food with the community!”

Our designer Urban studios are 18-23 sqm and are available as self-contained studio’s and come with or without balconies. These include a custom-built elevated loft-style beds, sofa, ensuite bathroom, fully-equipped kitchenette with stove top & microwave/grill and washer/dryer combo.
All 7 studios include reverse-cycle air-conditioning, wardrobe and shelving storage, free high speed Wi-Fi and customised furniture.
Terrace
Live a little larger in the Urban Terrace with the addition of some extra living space and private entry from the street. We have 4 x 23sqm self-contained designer studios available with designer furniture and a courtyard. They include a custom-built elevated loft-style bed, sofa, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and bar fridge.
All studios include reverse-cycle air-conditioning, wardrobe and shelving storage, free high speed Wi-Fi, TV and customised furniture.
Retro
Retro studios are perfect for those looking for something a little larger! With the addition of some extra living space and designer decor, our 23-29 sqm self-contained designer studios are available with a balcony. They include a custom built bed, sofa, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and bar fridge.
