UKO Kogarah is launching September 2022 in Sydney’s inner southern suburb of Kogarah. Kogarah is one of the Sydney’s oldest suburbs and is located just 13km from the CBD, the district was originally established to provided fruit, vegetables and oysters for Sydney. Today the suburb is still home to fresh fruit and vegetable with the Toomevara Lane Chinese Market Gardens, a heritage listed site providing fields of farmland within the middle of the city to grow fresh produce. The property is conveniently located a 5-minute walk to Carlton train station or 11-minute walk to Kogarah train station, where you’ll also find the Kogarah Town Centre, with an array of food stores including Woolworths, Aldi and international grocery markets. Take the train into the CBD and conveniently be at Central Station within 20minutes or enjoy a short 5-minute drive to Brighton Beach where you take a dip in the ocean and wander the many cafes and restaurants along the main strip.

Sporting fans will love the easy 5-minute walk to Jubilee Stadium, home to the St George Illawarra Dragons and one of the three home fields for the A-League Sydney Football Club. Not in the mood to cook? There are many waterholes around Kogarah including The St George Leagues Club where you can enjoy some of the best yum-cha in Sydney, or the iconic Kogarah Tavern boasting an exceptional Thai menu.
