Take the train into the CBD and conveniently be at Central Station within 20minutes or enjoy a short 5-minute drive to Brighton Beach where you take a dip in the ocean and wander the many cafes and restaurants along the main strip.

Abode
Kogarah studios start with the Abode Studios at 22m² with standard double-sized beds, with queen quilt set for extra comfort. You’ll love the modern artwork, comfy arm-chairs and dining table with two chairs. Every studio has its own private ensuite, fully equipped kitchenette, private laundry and a 2.5m² balcony with table and chairs.
Abode Plus
Abode Plus studios are our medium sized studios which are 28m². Featuring the same double bed with queen quilt, modern artwork, arm-chairs, dining table with chairs as the Abode, this studio provides you with more space. Enjoy your own private ensuite, fully equipped kitchenette, private laundry and your own 2.5m² balcony with table and chairs.
Abode Large
The Abode Large are our largest studios and are 30m2. Featuring a double bed with queen quilt set for extra comfort, modern artwork, two arm chairs, bedside table and dining table and chairs. Your private ensuite bathroom is accessible your studio also features a kitchenette, private laundry and 3.8m² balcony with an outdoor table and chair set.

Kogarah offers a communal space on the top floor of both buildings, including a well-equipped communal kitchen, lounge and outdoor area providing you amble space to unwind. The kitchen is the heart and soul of our property with social cook-ups, fun hang-outs, wine nights and becomes a collaborative work space in other times. Free tea and coffee is on tap and you can look forward to our community dinners where you can meet other tenants and make new friends.
