Our Kensington studios start with our innovative Studio Pod. At 15sqm, our pod is fully furnished, complete with a custom built single bed, sofa and ensuite bathroom. Every studio has a fully-equipped kitchenette with stove top & microwave/grill, washer/dryer combo, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, wardrobe and shelving storage, free high speed Wi-Fi, 50” Smart HD TV, study desk and customised furniture.
Medium Pod
Our designer Medium Pods are 21sqm and are available as self-contained studio’s with or without balconies. These include a custom built double bed, sofa, ensuite bathroom, fully-equipped kitchenette with stove top & microwave/grill and washer/dryer combo. Large Pod
Live a little larger in the Large Pod! With the addition of some extra living space and designer table and chairs, these 24sqm self-contained designer studios are available with or without balconies. This 33sqm self-contained designer studio boasts a spacious design.
