My name is Florencia, I am from Argentina, and I have been living in Sydney for more than a year. I consider myself very lucky to live in this city that mixes the energy of a cosmopolitan city with the beach and nature.
I have lived in Copenhagen, Berlin, and Budapest, and I am passionate about visiting and discovering new places. I love cooking and music. In my free time I like to play music as a DJ.
Four years ago, I decided to leave my hometown to live in Europe, which allowed me to meet many people and have the experience of living in many places, this helped me understand what it means to find a new home and the importance of being surrounded by a an environment where you feel at home. Sometimes it’s not that easy, but what I like most about being a community manager is trying to achieve it and creating an atmosphere where residents can feel valued and live in harmony within a community.

Our studios are designed to maximise space and minimise distractions so you can get on with what you love most, whether that’s having fun, sleeping or winding down after a long day.
Urban
Botany studios start with the Urban, at 16m² with standard king-single sized bed, your own private ensuite and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Every studio has it’s own balcony as well as wardrobe, free high speed Wi-Fi, 50” Smart HD TV, single seater sofa and customised furniture.
Plus
This 18m² studio comes complete with a standard double sized bed, large outdoor private balcony, fully-equipped kitchenette and a private ensuite. This studio comes completed with customised furniture, wardrobe, free high speed Wi-Fi, 50” Smart HD TV and 2 seater sofa. For an additional $20 per week, enjoy high floor apartments with beautiful local area views.
Deluxe
The Deluxe is our largest room at 22m² studio comes complete with a standard double sized bed, your own balcony, private ensuite and a fully-equipped kitchenette. You’ll love the wardrobe, free high speed Wi-Fi, 50” Smart HD TV, 2 seater sofa and customised furniture.
What’s Included
Utilities, furnishings, shared community spaces, a community host, regular social events, and the little things like high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchenware, CCTV security, intercom and 24-hour house support are all included in one bill.

The well-equipped communal kitchen is the heart and soul of our property with social cook-ups, fun hang-outs, wine nights and becomes a collaborative work space in other times. Free tea and coffee is on tap and you can look forward to our community dinners where you can meet other tenants and make new friends.
