UKO member
At UKO, you don’t sign a traditional ‘lease’, you buy into a membership. By becoming a UKO member, you’re signing up for a housing subscription that includes all the benefits of co-living; that means utilities, WiFi, private bathroom, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, cleaning suppliers and maintenance, on-site laundry, community host, access to our community app, monthly social events… All basics you would need when moving into a new place are taken care of.
The membership application fee is $100 per application and is only payable at the time of application prior to moving in. UKO’s membership application fees are non-refundable. Residents wanting to extend or transfer to a different co-living property are not required to pay an application fee. Applicants must pay the membership application fee to be considered. If you fail to pay the fee, your application might not be accepted.
Each UKO co-living location gives you a vibrant world to discover. Parks, markets, nightlife and beaches – they’re all an easy journey from your co-living community.

Sleep in style with a linen pack
Moving can be a hassle, but we’re here to make your transition as smooth as possible. That’s why we’re excited to offer our linen packs for new residents for just $190 each. They include 2x pillows, quilt cover, quilt, plus a fitted sheet ensuring you get a comfortable and convenient stay.
To order your linen pack contact your Community Manager prior to moving in.
